Grounds for Professional Discipline

The NCCAOM reserves the right to take disciplinary action against certified practitioners, which may include but is not limited to the assignment of remedial education, formal criticism or censure, probation, suspension, and/or revocation of certification. The NCCAOM certificate technically remains the property of NCCAOM, and must be returned if certification is suspended or revoked. Please refer to the section - Grounds for Professional Discipline in the Candidate Handbook for details.
